The following information is about Trisets.
Trisets Defined
A triset consists of performing three exercises in a row with no rest in between. For example, you would do a set of dumbbell flies, a set of dumbbell bench presses, and a set of dumbbell incline presses with no rest in between sets. This is equal to one triset. Trisets contain one more exercise than the superset, making them even more intense.
