Low impact aerobics are routines where one foot is always in contact with the floor. High-impact routines involve more vigorous movements including skips, hops, and jumps where both feet may be off the floor at the same time.

People unite with a little splish and a splash

Fitness Class Starts September 8th

Adult Education has the perfect class for those starting or returning to exercise. The class is called Fitness for the Young At Heart and classes start the week of September 8th! Fitness for the Young at Heart is taught by Joy Cody and is held at the firehouse at Stewart & Edgemere. You have a choice of sessions on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 9 to 10 AM.
