Ketosis Defined

Ketosis is the result of insufficient carbohydrate intake. When in a state of ketosis, your feelings of hunger will be reduced and you may become dehydrated. If you test positive for ketosis by your doctor of pharmacist, you should increase your carbohydrate intake to recover.
